As part of the ongoing MCCCD Employee Growth & Development Plan, we are excited to announce an upcoming session titled "Understanding Personal Strengths as a Professional Asset," scheduled to begin in April and run through May.
To enhance your experience during these sessions, all employees will receive an email from Gallup containing a StrengthsQuest code. This code is a legitimate part of the development process, and we want to assure you that it is not a phishing attempt.
Look for the email from Gallup (support@mail.gallup.com). Once received, follow the provided instructions to redeem your StrengthsQuest code. You'll need to take the StrengthsQuest Online Talent assessment and bring the results to the "Understanding Personal Strengths as a Professional Asset" Performance Success session.
