What is Digital Accessibility?
On April 24, 2024 the Department of Justice published a new rule on digital accessibility under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act that requires public entities to provide fully accessible digital content by April 26, 2027. As a public institution, this important work impacts all of us and will help make our teaching and learning more accessible to all our students.
A GCC Digital Accessibility Taskforce is working to support faculty and staff in these efforts. We invite you to explore the above resources and submit your questions to [email protected].
