If you need new software or will be renewing software for the fall semester of 2024, it's time to submit your software request forms.
The teams managing this process include GCC OIT, GCC DRS (if student-related), GCC Fiscal Services, MCCCD Legal Services, and Purchasing. Due to the current time of year and workload, each group's capacity to process purchase requests may vary. Also, the complexity and cost of a requested agreement may significantly influence the timeline for procurement.
